The embedded RFID module M890 supports ISO14443 A/B, ISO15693 including NXP MIFARE Ultralight® / Ultralight® C und MIFARE® Classic.Its very compact format and multiple interface options make it useable for many different applications.

The M890 has the possibility to connect an external antenna. iDTRONIC offers a wide choice of suitable RFID antennas. The reading distance can be up to 8 cm (depending on type of transponder).

For low power applications, for example mobile or standalone devices, a 3.3 V version of this Module is also available. Interface options include TTL, RS232 and RS485.

A user-friendly software development kit is available for the M890 embedded HF RFID module.
