The iDTRONIC RFID Embedded Reader M900 is a small reading and writing module. It is designed for embedding in various applications and devices and can be used for a variety of applications such as warehousing processes, industrial automation or logistics.

It is equipped with the UHF Technology EPC C1 GEN2 | ISO 18000-6C and is global applicable with the frequency band 840  –  960 MHz. With its +27 dBm Power Output, the RFID Embedded Reader M900 achieves reading ranges of up to 5.5 meters. The M900 Module is available with TTL or RS232 Interface. Furthermore, it is equipped with 2 combined channels that can be used as input or output.

The RFID Embedded Reader M900 features 1 external U.FL antenna port.

► SPECIAL FEATURES

Commands can be sent to Monza 4QT RFID chips or sensor data can be retrieved from the Magnus S2/S3 chip. The transmission power of the RFID embedded UHF modules is adjustable adaptively. In addition, two combined inputs and outputs may be set variably. The modules are equipped with two pin headers and may be easily integrated by soldering. On request, we offer a version without pin headers..
 

► BLUEBOX RFID EMBEDDED UHF NEWS: New Firmware Features

The automatic detection of transponders has been upgraded. Two different speeds may be selected for continuous detection. The data is sent as BLUEBOX telegram or in ASCII format. It is also possible to read further data from any memory bank. For example: product name, batch number, temperature or storage location may be output automatically.

 

► SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KIT AND BLUEBOX SHOW

iDTRONIC’s hardware comes with an useful SDK for the development of controller, Linux or Windows based applications. Beside the documentation, command protocols and source codes, the SDK includes a Windows based demo application with full functionality over all supported UHF RFID standards.
