The privacy and safety of personal data is of high priority to us. We therefore strictly comply with the provisions stipulated by the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). Below, you will find information on what type of data is collected and for what purpose it is collected:

Processing of data on this website

1. Data transfer/data logging

This data is collected for statistical purposes only. No data will be transferred to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

2. Use of personal data
We only collect or process personal data if you provide us with it voluntarily, for example as part of a survey. Unless where the data is required in connection with the processing of a transaction, you may at any time revoke the previously given authorisation for storing your personal data in writing (e. g. by e-mail or by fax) with immediate effect. Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless were such transfer is required on the basis of legal requirements.

3. Information, change and deletion of your data
According to the applicable laws you can ask us at any time in writing if and what personal data on you have been stored by us. You will receive the corresponding information immediately.

5. Cookies
This website makes use of so-called cookies at various places. Their purpose is to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and safe. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and that are saved by your browser. The cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. These are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Cookies do not cause any harm to your computer and do not contain viruses.

6. Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking
This website makes use of the online advertising program Google AdWords and, within the framework of Google AdWords, of conversion tracking. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended for personal identification. When the user visits specific pages of this website and the cookie has not expired yet, Google and the software network can detect that the user has clicked on the advertisement and has been transferred to this website. Each Google AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. It is thus not possible to trace cookies via the websites of AdWords customers. The purpose of the information gathered using conversion cookies is to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers that opted for conversion tracking. The customers receive information on the total number of users that clicked on their advertisement and were transferred to a site provided with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows for identifying the user personally. Users that do not wish to participate in tracking can easily disable the cookie of the Google conversion tracker by changing the user settings of their web browser. These users will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Find out more on the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, i. e. text files that are saved on your computer and allow for the analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie in respect of your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and is stored there.

If, however, IP anonymization has been enabled on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other states that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptions will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and will be shortened there. IP anonymization is enabled on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide the website operator with additional services associated with the use of the website and the use of the Internet.

The IP address transferred by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be linked with other data of Google. You may prevent storage of the cookies by implementing the corresponding settings in your browser software; however, we wish to point out to you that in such case you might not be able to use all functions of this website.
